We moved to Alta Sierra in 2016 and thanks to all the beautiful hills, recently needed to replace our brakes on our Toyota Camry. Dropped off our car Sunday night in what seemed to be a packed parking lot. I received a call Monday AM to discuss the work to be done, and we added an oil change to the two axle brake job. They had already inspected the brakes and explained the current status and recommendations. Pricing was fair and our car was ready for pick-up Monday afternoon. Ken reviewed the work in detail, even explaining the documentation and precision of turning the rotors. We originally had problems with vibrations when stopping, especially at high speed.
