My vehicle was towed out of the woods on a Sunday afternoon, with a cracked and leaking oil pan. By chance, I selected Automotive City, left my keys and booked a room in Grass Valley, fearing a lengthy stay. They called me first thing Monday morning, recognized the predicament I was in.  They actually moved scheduled repairs to get my new oil pan installed, and worked beyond closing time to get me on the road by Monday evening.  Good communication during the day, great service, and nice people. - William V.
