These guys are the best.  They do what they're scheduled to do when they say they will, keep you informed about any issues, and don't upsell.  They are incredibly thorough when you come in for a regular service, checking all the basics: tire pressures, brakes, fluids etc.  Thinking about buying a used vehicle?  Bring it in for a free quick evaluation, I did with a pickup truck and Ken told me why it wouldn't be a good idea, he knew all the quirks of that particular brand and model.  I ended up with another purchase that he approved of and the truck has been trouble free for over three years.
